Although we aim to describe our lamb as accurately as possible, meat varies from lamb to lamb.  Therefore, there may be slight differences in the lamb you receive from those described on our web site.

We reserve the right to change, modify and delete products and services sold on this web site without notice.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing

All prices shown in product listings are inclusive of (VAT) at the prevailing rate.

Delivery

Please note that for your protection we will only deliver to the address indicated on the order when you place the order.

Where items are currently in stock, delivery is made once a week on a Friday to addresses in Port Elizabeth only. Goods are delivered personally by the farmer so please ensure someone is available to take delivery. The farmer will contact you a day or 2 before delivery to arrange a delivery time.

Goods may arrive frozen, but are usually at fridge temperature (approximately 4-5°C).

If your goods are temporarily out of stock you will be advised of the estimated delivery date and given the option of a similar alternative product or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Bulk Orders

If you are interested in purchasing in bulk please contact us as discounts may be available in certain circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and inform us within 2 days of receipt of shipment. This is providing that the item is returned unused as new in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition and excludes any postal costs incurred.

We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet these criteria. A full refund will be applied for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, and we have the right to reject any defective items.
